Non-Target Plant Studies

CEMAS carries out a range of GLP-compliant plant studies to evaluate ecotoxicological effects in support of the registration of substances. The Ecotoxicology Unit has 2 large glasshouses and supporting laboratories, growth-rooms and a track sprayer.

Study types:

Plant studies are conducted to OECD, ISO and OPPTS Guidelines for:

• Vegetative vigour
• Seedling emergence
• Chronic plant toxicity

CEMAS has over 15 years of experience of conducting ecotoxicology studies. CEMAS staff members are highly motivated individuals with a raft of experience in conducting a range of studies to internationally recognised testing guidelines. Study Directors are dedicated to developing and maintaining relationships with clients throughout the life of projects to ensure delivery of quality data on time.
