Using small-batch equipment, we ensure accurate and uniform application of treatment formulations to small quantities of seed; making it ideal for research and development programmes. A key feature of our service is the integrated Certification of the treatment.

Our Capabilities Include:
Small-Batch Seed Treatment – Using Hege technology, we ensure uniform and reproducible coating of seed batches, accommodating a wide range of formulation types including fungicides, insecticides and micro-nutrients.
Seed Loading Verification (Active Ingredient Analysis) – We perform quantitative active substance analysis on treated seed to verify that target loadings are achieved before samples are dispatched for field trials. This ensures regulatory compliance and trial integrity.
Physical Testing of Treated Seed – We conduct CIPAC-standard tests to assess critical coating characteristics, including:
- Adhesion (CIPAC MT 194)
- Uniformity of Distribution (CIPAC MT 175)
- Label claim evaluation, to GLP
