CEMAS Launches Thermal Analysis Service

CEMAS is pleased to announce the launch of its thermal analysis differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) service, designed to support research, development and regulatory submissions.

Why Choose DSC?

Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) is a highly effective technique for analysing material properties by measuring heat flow during key phase transitions, such as melting, crystallisation and glass transitions applicable to agrochemical, biocide, pharmaceutical, polymers, and materials engineering (e.g. medical device) industries.

DSC data are required to justify the waiving of end-points “explosives” and “self-reactive substances” as well as determine the end point melting/freezing point for chemical registration dossiers.

Key Benefits:
  • High-precision, high-resolution thermal analysis
  • Quick turnaround with data interpretation
  • GLP-compliant testing for regulatory assurance
  • Customised solutions tailored to research and quality control requirements
