CEMAS announces the retirement of Neal Rawle, who has dedicated nearly 35 years to the company and has served as Managing Director since 2019. Throughout his career, Neal’s commitment and leadership have been instrumental in shaping the organisation and fostering a culture of excellence, quality and integrity.
We are also pleased to announce the appointment of Phil Jutsum as Managing Director. Phil joined CEMAS in 2004 and became a member of the Board of Directors in 2014. With over 20 years of experience within the organisation and a proven record of leadership, Phil is exceptionally well placed to lead CEMAS into its next chapter of growth and innovation.
Under Phil’s leadership, CEMAS will continue to build on its strong foundations, with a clear focus on delivering high-quality analytical services, driving operational excellence and meeting the evolving needs of clients across the sectors we serve.
